Zhengzhou made full use of every single opportunity to hold exhibitions in 2022. If it had failed to capitalize on the window in July and August, it would have been impossible for the city to hold exhibitions, like in Beijing and Shanghai. Guangzhou, with the second-most exhibitions held, is also one of the cities with the most serious epidemic in China. However, as a city at the forefront of the reform and opening up, Guangzhou has an outstanding business atmosphere and positive attitude towards exhibitions. Thus, it is not surprising that this city has achieved this result. Compared with Zhengzhou, Guangzhou's exhibition schedule was less centralized. However, most exhibitions were also held between June and August. There were 12 exhibitions held during this period, 57% of the total. The other popular time period for holding exhibitions was January to March, with 9 exhibitions.
