心脏康复的禁忌症

心脏病作为一种很常见的心血管疾病。心脏病患者除了要接受医生的治疗外，心脏康复工作也不能马虎，但大家都知道心脏康复，但心脏康复也有禁忌症？下面就来好好的给大家说说心脏康复的禁忌症！

一般来讲，心脏康复的禁忌症，也就是心脏康复中的运动康复的相对禁忌症。包含以下禁忌：

1、不稳定心绞痛、急性心肌梗死后病情不稳定、心力衰竭没有控制、严重房性或室性心律失常（没控制的房颤、室上性心动过速、多源、频发性室早）；

2.心源性休克有严重合并症的，包括体温超过38℃合并有急性心肌炎或心包炎合并胃控制的糖尿病以及新进的血栓手术切口有异常的或者是栓塞手术切口有异常

3、确诊或疑似的假性动脉瘤、动脉夹层术前、感染性休克及脓毒血症、重度瓣膜病变手术前或心肌性心脏病心衰急性期、临床医生认为运动可导致的恶化的神经系统、运动系统疾病或风湿性疾病；

4、安静时心率＞120次/分、安静时呼吸频率＞30次/分、血氧饱和度（SPO2）≤90%、运动前评估收缩压（SBP）＞180mmHg或舒张压（DBP）＞110mmHg、72小时内体重变化±1.8kg以上、随机血糖＞18mmol/L；

5、心电图出现新的心肌缺血的改变。

6、患者不理解或者是不配合做康复治疗，这些都是冠心病康复的禁忌症。

Heart disease is a very common cardiovascular disease.In addition to the treatment of doctors, patients with heart disease should not despise cardiac rehabilitation. Everyone knows about cardiac rehabilitation, but do you know there are contraindications for cardiac rehabilitation? Next we will talk about the contraindications of cardiac rehabilitation.

Generally speaking, the contraindications of cardiac rehabilitation, that is, the relative contraindications of exercise rehabilitation in cardiac rehabilitation, mainly include the following contraindications.

1. Patients with unstable angina pectoris, unstable condition after acute myocardial infarction, uncontrolled heart failure, severe atrial or ventricular arrhythmias (uncontrolled atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia, multiple sources, frequent ventricular premature beats).

2. Patients with severe complications of cardiogenic shock, including patients with body temperature over 38 ℃ and complicated with acute myocarditis, pericarditis with uncontrolled diabetes, patients with abnormal incision of thrombus surgery or embolization operation.

3. Patients with confirmed or suspected pseudoaneurysms, before aortic dissection surgery, septic shock and sepsis, severe valve disease surgery, acute heart failure caused by myocardial or heart disease, and patients with neurological, motor system disease or rheumatic disease other

patients that clinicians believe that exercise can aggravate the patient's condition.

4. Patients whose heart rate is more than 120 beats / min at rest, the respiratory rate is more than 30 beats / min at rest,SpO2 is not higher than 90%, SBP is more than 180 mm Hg or DBP is more than 110 mm Hg before exercise, weight change is more than 1.8 kg within 72 hours, and random blood glucose is more than 18 mmol / L.

5. The change of myocardial ischemia is shown on the ECG.

6. Patients do not understand or cooperate with rehabilitation treatment.These are contraindications for coronary heart disease rehabilitation.
