第二届“美丽浙江”国际短视频大赛举办终评会 获奖名单正式发布

近日，第二届“美丽浙江”国际短视频大赛终评会在杭州成功举办，本次终评会采用线上与线下相结合的方式进行，9位海内外资深评委云端相聚西子湖畔，从各自的专业领域出发对大赛作品进行了精彩点评。

Recently, the final appraisal meeting of the second “@Beautiful Zhejiang” Global Short Video Contest was successfully held in Hangzhou. The meeting was conducted both online and offline, attended by nine senior judges of different fields from both China and aboard with their professional comments on the works.

近年来，浙江国际频道按照省委、省委宣传部和集团的部署要求，做强国际传播内容品牌，拓展对外传播新渠道，办好英语传播窗口，加强“中国蓝国际”融媒矩阵建设，成立“重要窗口”国际传播联盟，形成对外立体传播新格局，构建国际融合传播新体系，打造具有全国影响力、全球传播力的新型外宣平台，成效显著。荣获了国内国际大奖和全省先进，得到了省委、省委宣传部和集团主要领导的批示肯定和表扬。

“美丽浙江”国际短视频大赛，由浙江省人民政府新闻办公室、浙江广播电视集团主办，浙江国际频道承办，已连续成功举办两届。首届“美丽浙江”国际短视频大赛硕果累累，覆盖受众和总浏览量双双破亿，海外帐号创新高，创建了一个海内外视频创作者互相交流的优质平台，全方位地展示了浙江之美。

Sponsored by the Information Office of Zhejiang Provincial Government and Zhejiang Radio & TV Group and organized by Zhejiang Radio & TV Group Overseas Center(ZTV WORLD), the "@Beautiful Zhejiang" Global Short Video Contest has been successfully held for two consecutive sessions. The first "@Beautiful Zhejiang" Global Short Video Contest gained over 100 million audiences and total views respectively, a new high for its overseas account. It created a premium platform for domestic and overseas video creators to exchange their ideas while showing the beauty of Zhejiang.

第二届“美丽浙江”国际短视频大赛于2021年7月正式启动，获得了海内外广大视频创作者的大力支持和踊跃参与，3个月共征集到800多件作品。为更好选拔优秀作品，传递浙江之美，大赛组委会初选出了366件入围作品进入网络投票环节，于2021年10月29日至11月5日进行了为期7天的网络展播投票，累计投票超过141万票，点击量近869万次，是去年投票参与数的近3倍。

The second "@Beautiful Zhejiang" Global Short Video Contest has received strong support from global participants, and collected more than 800 works in 3 months since its launch in July, 2021. In order to select the outstanding works that best show the beauty of Zhejiang, the Contest Organizing Committee picked out 366 works for the 7-day online vote from October 29 to November 5, 2021, with a total of more than 1.41 million votes and nearly 8.69 million views, almost three times the number of voters last year.

12月，经组委会筛选后的262件优秀参赛作品进入专家评审环节，9位海内外资深大咖担任专业评审团，本着公平公正的原则对每件作品进行打分，经组委会讨论整理后，组织召开终评会确定最终获奖名单。

Eventually, 262 works were shortlisted for expert judgment in December. The professional judge panel of nine senior experts from both China and abroad scored each work fair and square. Through the discussion of the Organizing Committee, the winner list was determined by the final appraisal meeting.

本次终评会由浙江国际频道总监黄未主持。黄未总监说，为庆祝中国共产党成立100周年，守好“红色根脉”，打造“重要窗口”，进一步提升“美丽浙江”国际影响力，在省政府新闻办和省广电集团的指导下，我们组织举办了第二届“美丽浙江”国际短视频大赛，参赛者们满怀热情，用自己独一无二的故事、以多样视角呈现出国际范、高水平的“美丽浙江”，向大家表示衷心的感谢。黄未总监介绍了第二届大赛的参赛情况和评分标准，经评委讨论定评后公布了获奖名单。

The final appraisal meeting was presided over by Huang Wei, Director of ZTV WORLD. Ms. Huang said that in order to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, inherit the "red root" spirit, create an "Important Window" and further enhance the international influence of "@Beautiful Zhejiang", the second "@Beautiful Zhejiang" Global Short Video Contest was held under the guidance of the Information Office of Zhejiang Provincial Government and Zhejiang Radio & TV Group. Enthusiastic participants show beautiful Zhejiang to the world with their unique stories and diverse perspectives. She extended heartfelt thanks to all the participants. She then briefed the participation and scoring standards of the contest. The winner list was revealed after the judges' discussion and evaluation.

The series Memories of 100 Years in My Eyes reveals the great changes in social development through the destiny of individuals, and displays the noble spirit of ordinary people in the era through true and affectionate stories. This contest has reflected the exchange and convergence between civilizations in two dimensions, i.e., foreigners' understanding of Chinese culture and Chinese people's understanding of Zhejiang. It has enabled us to have a new understanding of what "Beautiful Zhejiang" implies. The series Memories of 100 Years in MY Eyes is very impressive. The theme setting of The Most Beautiful Foreign Experiencers is very impressive, and the works under this theme have vividly shown the happy life of many foreigners in Zhejiang and their contributions to the construction of the beautiful Zhejiang. Compared with the previous one, this contest features more extensive participation, richer contents and formats, and it keeps up with the hot spots of the times, making it very meaningful and valuable. The setting of the two themed series has not only allowed us to draw on the wisdom of the masses in telling the political stories of China in a better manner, but also helped us to discover a large number of foreigners and their families living and working in Zhejiang. Compared with those in the first contest, the quality of the works in the second contest has made gratifying progress and shown the advantages of media integration. They feature innovation in attitudes, pursuits, and presentations. In addition, this contest has strong creativity feature and sufficient planning. The works have not only displayed the authenticity of Beautiful Zhejiang in multiple dimensions, but also excellently demonstrated the beauty of the core values of the contest by relying on the strong empathy and communication power.
